I will never use violence to settle a dispute.  I will use my better judgement and walk away before I use my strength whether it is mental or physical toward another individual.   I will treat all women from this date forth with the honour and respect that they deserve.  I will not allow other men to disrespect women in my presence.   I will attempt to pass on a positive image to everyone that I will encounter.  My individual choices and actions, when multiplied by those of others throughout this county and country, will make a difference.  Together, by honouring this pledge, we can reverse the violence and live in a peaceful society
